Our brighter dreams consist of the below 4 opportunities:


1. Further Development and Training for our Staff

Bursary and learnership opportunities for a staff member’s child

  • 1 x bursary for first year full time studies at an approved and verified tertiary institution for a 3 year degree, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management.

  • 1 x learnership for a 1 year online course in Hospitality Management run by international hotel schools.

Bursary and learnership opportunities for staff members

  • 1 x bursary for a 1 year part time course at an approved and verified tertiary institution, towards a South African recognised degree or equivalent qualification post Grade 12 or post graduate course towards further education.

  • 1 x learnership for a 1 year online course in Hospitality Management, run by international hotel schools.


2. Further Development and Training for our Guests

  • 1 x bursary for first year full time studies at an approved and allocated tertiary institution for a 3 year degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management.

4. Disabled Learnership

We will be dedicating a minimum of 1 x learnership for a 1 year online course in Hospitality Management, currently run by international hotel schools for an individual with disabilities.
