Welcome to Hartenbos Lagoon Resort

Hartenbos Lagoon Resort offers a relaxed coastal stay on the Garden Route, where open lawns lead down to the calm waters of the lagoon. The pace is easy, shaped by outdoor living, fresh air and the simple pleasure of spending time together. It is a setting that works well for families and groups wanting both space and convenience.

Accommodation includes self-catering apartments with two or three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. All apartments overlook the  lagoon and feature a

 fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a private patio or balcony with braai facilities. These practical comforts make it easy to settle in and enjoy meals on your own schedule.

The lagoon is central to the experience, with kayaks available for time on the water and bicycles for exploring the area. The communal braai area on the grassy banks provides a welcoming space for shared meals and relaxed afternoons. The beach is also within walking distance.

Mossel Bay, only 7km away, offers sandy beaches, whale watching, diving, surfing and a wide choice of restaurants. The resort provides a quieter base close to these attractions, with opportunities to explore further along the Garden Route or into the Little Karoo.
