After a busy day of game viewing, head back to Jackalberry Ridge to enjoy our excellent facilities. Get the braai or potjie going, kick back and relax, or head out to try one of the local restaurants and bush bars nearby.
If you’re South African, you’ll most likely unwind at Jackalberry after a busy day exploring with a cold drink in your hand as the wood crackles away on the fire. If you’re a visitor from further afield, now is the best time to attempt your first braai and maybe ask one of our team members how to craft the perfect potjie.
To cool off during the heat of the day, each safari tent features a private plunge pool. The resort offers a communal pool which is the perfect meeting point for our younger guests who can put down the phones and tablets to enjoy some active fun outdoors.
There is no shortage of space for the kids to get their shoes off and to stretch their legs (and imagination) at this self-catering family accommodation near the Kruger. Besides the pool area, we also have a jumbo garden chess set, a trampoline, and a covered patio that can double up as a play area during those rainy days.
With the bushveld as your backdrop, challenge friends and family to a game of chess.
