Olifants River Lodge is the ideal destination for family holidays, corporate strategic planning, launching of new products, workshops, expos, conferences or team building. We cater for all your requirements, from blissful relaxation right through to business skills development. Our outside patio is also ideal for grabbing a light bite to eat whilst our bar, equipped with a big screen TV, is ideal for an evening sundowner. And of course, our traditional Sunday Lunch Buffet is a must!
On-site shop
Should you need to top up on travel necessities during your stay at Olifants River Lodge, no need to drive out very far. We have our very own shop on the property, which is always well-stocked with everything from ice and charcoal, to ice creams and Simba chips.
Swimming pools
Don’t forget your swimsuit and sunnies! Olifants River Lodge features four shimmering swimming pools. There’s one featuring a waterslide, a smaller option for the little kiddies, and another indoors, which is heated. This means that whatever the season, you can still make a splash with loved ones during your stay.
Grammadoelas Restaurant
When you’re not in the mood to cook, make your way over to our on-site Grammadoelas Restaurant. You can find anything from set meals to hearty buffets, hot coffee, milkshakes, and cold beers. Need something for the kids? Our chefs are ready to whip up something tasty at the drop of a hat.
Enkulu Centre
Olifants River Lodge features extensive conferencing facilities in our Enkulu Centre, which can comfortably accommodate up to 900 delegates. Over the years, this versatile space has hosted various exhibitions, conferences, workshops, teambuilding events, and even weddings.
9-Hole mini golf course
A hit with both kids and adults, our 9-hole mini golf course presents a fun opportunity to get out into the sunshine. Add it into your team build or square off into family teams – it’s a great way to pass the time and hopefully nurture some healthy competition.
Games Room
Something for the kids (and adults, too!), our dedicated games room at Olifants River Lodge comes equipped with several games and activities. Sink the black with a few games of pool, or how about a round of chess, table tennis, or darts?
Sports Facilities
Although our volleyball court is often incorporated into team builds at Olifants River, it's often well-used by our guests, along with the cricket pitch. Although quite a challenge, you can also try your hand at Jukskei, an old Afrikaans sport pioneered right here in South Africa.
Ollie's Playpen & Jungle Gym
At Olifants River Lodge, there’s plenty of space for the little ones to stretch out their legs. Moms and dads will be happy to hear about our outdoor jungle gym and Ollies Playpen geared for tiny tots. As an added bonus, we also run our Dream Xplorers programme, jam-packed with creative activities.
